What are the payment methods?
We do accept CASH and CARD, A Non-refundable deposit may be taken to confirm booking at Scovia Guest House. We also allow payment transfer but on IMMEDIATE PAYMENTS ONLY
Do you charge for linen stains and breakages?
Due to the costs involved in removing stains and replaced damaged/broken room facilities, there will be a surcharge for stained linen, depending on the treatment required to remove the stains. Where the linen stains are not treatable, a full-replacement charge will be levied. The spoiled linen is available to the guest to take with them. Guest House staff therefore checks the rooms with the guest on check-out to avoid any misunderstandings.
Can I smoke in the establishment?
No. Our Guest House is a 100% non-smoking establishment. We want to offer our customers a healthy environment. As per the latest anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-meter radius of every door and window of the establishment. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the inside our rooms. Thank you for your cooperation.
